Self Sustainability: Installing a New Biogas Plant for the Home!

We are pleased to announce that we have successfully reached another milestone on our goal to become self-sufficient. The first of many eco-friendly systems, we have installed a biogas plant at the Orphanage to create a sustainable energy source to meet energy needs while allowing us to reduce our carbon footprint.

This is one of the many schemes we have implemented to assist the orphanage in becoming self-sustainable. In addition to the installation of solar power systems , the fish farm is thriving, the cows are producing sufficient milk supplies and the irrigation system is working well with the installed rain tanks.

Looking ahead to our next phase, we aim to further extend the farm by clearing trees to make extra room for more crops and vegetation to grow.

Thank you all for your continued support. We are undertaking this to relieve poverty and reduce food waste in a sustainable way. Without your kind help, this would not be possible
